About Me

Hi, I’m Erick Rojas—a Senior Technical Designer with over 15 years of experience in the apparel industry. I grew up in Southern California, raised by a single mother who worked in the garment industry. Watching her dedication sparked my curiosity for apparel production at an early age, and that passion has shaped my entire career.

From sewing my own projects to understanding the full lifecycle of a garment, I’ve built a strong foundation in construction that informs every fit correction and design solution I create. My hands-on knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking allows me to collaborate effectively with design, product development, and factories to bring high-quality apparel to life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with top names in premium denim and currently at JCPenney, overseeing the Big & Tall and denim categories across all men’s private label brands.

I’m passionate about creating garments that not only look great but fit exceptionally well. Known for my attention to detail, precision in pattern correction, and relentless work ethic, I take pride in turning design concepts into well-engineered, wearable products.
